I didn't tell her everything about what I've done at home, despite telling her that she deserved better. I told her that she probably wouldn't feel the same if she knew everything, which... wasn't fair either.

Well, in answer to your question, I think the thing that would make her most happy is for you to be honest and up front about your feelings. Whatever the case may be, don't hold back from her.
