I wanted to know how you were doing... I kinda lost consciousness after being hauled out of the tour. [ He remembers England looking a little worse for wear, though. ]

[he certainly was not as bad as Peko. the fuzziness around him wore off, too, as did the cheese-craving. but Jaune and Peko were still in the hospital, recovering]

It's good to have friends around, isn't it? My mom always said that strangers are just friends you haven't met yet. I like to believe that to be true, even as the ones I know are disappearing...

In the end, we're all in the same boat here, so it doesn't surprise me that you had support. [ It does make him glad, though. Cerealia is full of kind people, at least in his experience. ]

Y'know, I was hoping that tour would give me some clues about why these things happen, and I was angry with how things ended on that day. I thought it was a waste of time and we got hurt for nothing, but... Peko thinks we might have uncovered something.

[ Which brings him to the second reason of this phonecall, besides checking up on Daddy Kirkland. ]

As soon as we got in there, we noticed that early Cerealia was being hit with tremors. At first, I thought they were earthquakes. But then the diary said the tremors did not happen through natural causes.

HUH?! No way! So that means...!!!!

W-what does that mean, exactly?

It means that the tremors were being caused artificially somehow. Unfortunately, Yang and I did not get to see how, or why.

You mean by like... a giant... monster catfish... or something?

[ At least his imagination is still intact. ]

A giant monster, or a machine, yes. Those tremors could have been made by magic, even. We just don't know. They started after building for Cerealia began, so my guess is that the natives of this planet were behind them.

Building this place must not have been easy, huh? Mr. Vincere continued his work despite everything in his way... and now he's dead, and we're stuck here none the wiser.

As if things weren't already confusing enough before...

Right. I don't feel like there were many questions answered. [and England had been wondering if the tour was a waste of time, but Jaune did not seem to think it was] ...What about you?

Well, I'm sure you heard most of the details from Peko... but did you know that this colony isn't as old as you might think? That jungle we were in... I think it was only a few months before we all arrived here. It's really weird...

Yeah! That September door we went through, it only took us to the recent one. I don't remember much of the diary entry, but the intern seemed really confused about what Mr. Vincere was trying to do...

So if those doors' dates are to be believed, then that means Cerealia is less than a year old. What Mosley told us was a lie.
